Our vision is a thriving Beaver County where school districts, higher education, employers, and community providers collaborate as one ecosystem so every K-12 student, in every zip code, has access to exceptional academic, career, and wellness opportunities. Students transition successfully to post-secondary pathways and careers aligned with local economic growth, strengthening community vitality and reinforcing Beaver County as a region known for superior education and quality of life.
This spring, Beaver County 11th-graders visited three campuses for hands-on career exploration, real conversations, and pathways that lead somewhere.









Flourish Beaver County, Community College of Beaver County (CCBC), Penn State Beaver, Geneva College, Job Training for Beaver County and the Beaver Valley Intermediate Unit launched Future-Ready Career Days, a three-day career exploration series that took place during the spring semester.
Students from four Beaver County school districts recently had the opportunity to engage with a published author.
Sharon G. Flake, author of books such as “The Skin I’m In” and “The Family I’m In,” spoke to 160 students from the Aliquippa, Beaver, Beaver Falls and New Brighton Area school districts.
