Meet Our CEO
Jennifer Marino serves as Flourish Beaver County’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
She is responsible for creating a collaborative and inclusive experience that enhances future educational and workforce opportunities for all Beaver countians. As CEO, she will coordinate programs, establish and maintain organizational sustainability, facilitate communication between agencies, manage local public policy, pursue financial resources through governmental entities and private donors, manage communication activities and serve as spokesperson, and commit to being involved and familiar with state and regional initiatives relevant to the organization and Beaver County.
As a visionary student advocate with almost two decades of experience within higher education and philanthropy, she has a rich background in scholarship program creation and administration and is dedicated to the values of inclusion, diversity, equity, and justice.

Davis, Community College of Beaver County (CCBC) president and Flourish board chair. “She is as bold and exciting as the organization itself and we can’t wait to see how she moves us and Beaver County forward to cultivate and grow K-12 education and post-secondary success.”
Jennifer believes that Flourish Beaver County has the ability to positively impact the trajectory of students by wrapping them in a loop of inclusive support designed to elevate their voice and place them on a path towards economic mobility. It is her goal to empower every Beaver County student to explore what is possible for their future lives while eliminating the existing barriers to their success.
Jennifer Marino graduated from Penn State University with a degree in liberal arts. Throughout her career she has served as Penn State University- New Kensington’s assistant director of financial aid as well as the Pittsburgh Foundation’s scholarship program administrator.
